This privacy policy explains what personal information WeDevWebs (“we”, “us”) collects through wedevwebs.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to run this website.

Information we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, mainly through our enquiry form:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name, if you add it
- The service you are interested in
- The message you write to us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we receive the details you share in that conversation, such as your phone number.
To protect the form from spam, we briefly keep a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address, so we can limit repeated submissions. It cannot be turned back into your address and is removed automatically after a short time.
How we use your information

- To provide and support services you agree to buy from us
- To keep our website secure and stop spam
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising without your permission.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies that help protect the site against automated attacks. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy.
Who we share information with
We only share your information when needed to run our business, for example with the companies that host our website and email. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related messages only for as long as we need them to respond, to provide our services and to meet any legal or accounting duties. After that, we delete them.
How we protect it
Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it. To make a request, email sales@wedevwebs.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. These rights reflect the principles of Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
